1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuroKids ("the Service"), operated by Linked2Link Ltd ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuroKids is a digital platform providing tools for families and therapists supporting children with autism. Features include communication boards, learning activities, emotion tracking, progress monitoring, and AI-assisted tools. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Parent/guardian accounts are required for children's profiles. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose of supporting children with autism and their families. You must not: share inappropriate content through chat or forum features; attempt to access other users' data; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Children's Accounts

Children's accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Service. The kid-friendly interface is designed for supervised use. PIN access is provided for child convenience but does not replace parental oversight.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

NeuroKids uses artificial intelligence for features such as chat assistance, story creation, and progress summaries. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for your child's care.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@neuro-kids-space.co.uk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of NeuroKids are owned by Linked2Link Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission. User-generated content (journal entries, forum posts) remains your property, but you grant us a licence to display it within the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the privacy of children and families seriously and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and COPPA.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuroKids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Linked2Link Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
