Do I need to be HCPC / RCSLT / RCOT registered?+
To appear as verified, yes — for SLTs, OTs, EPs and other statutorily-regulated professions we check the register at the time of listing and again every 12 months. Unregistered practitioners (behaviour analysts, autism coaches) can still be listed as "advocacy" or "coach" without the verified badge.
Can I manage more than one child at a time?+
Yes. Your caseload dashboard scales to the number of parents who have invited you — you decide the cap. Free while under 5 children; a Pro tier (£19/mo) unlocks unlimited caseload plus SOAP note templates and CQC-friendly audit exports.
What happens if a parent leaves NeuroKids?+
You keep the anonymised professional notes you wrote (your work product), but their child’s personal data is deleted from your dashboard within 24h of them revoking access. Fully GDPR right-to-erasure compliant.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. NeuroKids is a Progressive Web App — works in any modern browser on your laptop, tablet or phone. Optional: install to home-screen for a native-feel icon.
How does the referral flow work in reverse — can I refer a family to another therapist?+
Yes. From your caseload dashboard you can suggest another listed professional to a family with one click; they get a friendly email introducing the new therapist and can accept or decline.
